What You'll Do9

- 2Develop daily lesson and activity plans

- 7Participate in center-wide activities and staff meetings
- 8Follow DHS qualifications and YMCA policies
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1State-mandated clearances including FBI clearance and background checks
- 2High School diploma or equivalent
- 32,500 hours of childcare experience
- 4CPR/Pediatric First Aid/AED certification
- 5Minimum age of 18
- 6Preference for bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 7Previous childcare or teaching experience
- 8Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
