What You'll Do10
- 1Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
- 2Observes records and reports client progress daily
- 3Manages challenging behaviors using behavioral principles
- 4Assists clients in acquiring academic and appropriate life skills
- 5Communicates professionally with parents and professionals
- 6Functions as an active member of the treatment team
- 7Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed accurate and consistent manner
- 8Actively participates in continuous training programs
- 9Maintains confidentiality of client information
- 10Follows BE policies and procedures
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Reliable transportation
- 4Background check satisfactory
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain various postures
- 6Passion for children and strong interpersonal skills
- 7Interest in continuous learning
- 8Experience with children advantageous
