What You'll Do10
- 1Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- 2Observe record and report client progress daily
- 3Manage challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
- 4Apply behavioral principles consistently in client interactions
- 5Assist clients in developing academic and life skills
- 6Communicate professionally with families and multidisciplinary teams
- 7Complete accurate data collection through online systems
- 8Participate in ongoing training programs
- 9Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- 10Follow organizational policies and procedures
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of positive client outcomes
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential required
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Reliable transportation available
- 7Background check clearance
- 8Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain postures
- 9Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families
- 10Genuine passion for autism intervention
