What You'll Do11
- 1Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavioral Analyst
- 2Observe record and report client progress and behavior daily
- 3Manage challenging behaviors using evidence‑based strategies
- 4Apply behavioral principles consistently in all client interactions
- 5Assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills
- 6Communicate professionally with parents and multidisciplinary team members
- 7Complete accurate data collection through an online database
- 8Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance professional development
- 9Maintain confidentiality of client information
- 10Follow established policies and procedures
- 11Collaborate with treatment team to execute ABA interventions
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Passion for working with children and families
- 3Reliable transportation
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain various postures
- 53‑5 years of relevant experience preferred
- 6Interest in continuous learning and development
- 7Fluency in Spanish
- 8Certification such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
