What You'll Do10

  • 1Build individualized goals based on developmental needs and family priorities
  • 2Design and deliver engaging, play-based early intervention services in home and center settings
  • 3Lead collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Educators, and Regional Center teams
  • 4Coach families through caregiver coaching and model strategies for everyday routines
  • 5Monitor and document progress with timely reports and session notes
  • 6Execute initial goal plans, progress reports, evaluations, and required documentation on schedule
  • 7Share play-based and evidence-based strategies to support growth
  • 8Maintain consistent communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • 9Attend required trainings and maintain above-baseline session attendance
  • 10Advocate for early childhood development and navigate community resources

Requirements9

  • 1Associate`s Degree, Bachelor`s Degree, or minimum of 24 completed units in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • 2Minimum 1–2 years of experience with children ages 0–5 and families preferred
  • 3Strong documentation and written communication skills
  • 4Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and digital documentation systems
  • 5Reliable transportation, valid driver`s license, active auto insurance
  • 6Bilingual skills preferred
  • 7Experience with early intervention, developmental assessments, caregiver coaching, family-centered practices, home visiting, or play-based intervention strategies preferred
  • 8Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in various physical activities
  • 9Compliance with company onboarding processes and willingness to participate in ongoing training
