What You'll Do10
- 1Partner closely with CEO founder or executive team on priorities strategic planning and decision-making
- 2Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution
- 3Establish and manage operating rhythms including leadership meetings goal-setting planning and business reviews
- 4Prepare executive communications board materials investor updates and strategic presentations
- 5Conduct research and analysis supporting decisions related to growth organizational design product strategy or fundraising
- 6Track company goals KPIs and critical initiatives to ensure accountability and follow-through
- 7Identify operational gaps and build processes systems and workflows that improve effectiveness
- 8Facilitate alignment across functions and resolve issues spanning multiple teams
- 9Support special projects such as fundraising annual planning partnerships hiring acquisitions or new market launches
- 10Serve as trusted thought partner to CEO or executive team while maintaining discretion and sound judgment
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in strategy operations consulting finance product business operations or related function
- 2Prior experience in venture-backed startup high-growth technology consulting firm or investment firm
- 3Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- 4Strong analytical skills turning incomplete information into structured recommendations
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level materials
- 6High organizational skills managing multiple competing priorities
- 7High judgment discretion and comfort working with sensitive company information
- 8Low-ego hands-on operating style willing to take ownership beyond defined job description
- 9Experience working directly with founder CEO or executive leadership team preferred
- 10Background in finance consulting investing business operations or product strategy may be helpful
