Business Operations Manager - VC Backed Startups
Overview
SignalFire seeks analytical operators to lead high-priority initiatives across growth finance product customer operations and organizational planning. - 8Prepare business reviews executive presentations and board materials
- 9Evaluate new business opportunities partnerships products or market expansion initiatives
- 10Translate leadership priorities into clear workstreams owners timelines and measurable outcomes
- 11Establish scalable operating practices across teams and functions
Requirements10
- 14+ years of experience in business operations strategy consulting finance product operations or similar fast-paced environment
- 2Prior experience in venture-backed startup high-growth technology consulting or investment firm
- 3Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous questions
- 4Proficiency using data to develop recommendations and influence business decisions
- 5Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- 6Advanced written and verbal communication skills including presentation experience to senior leadership
- 7Expertise with Excel or Google Sheets and business intelligence tools
- 8Strong project management prioritization and organizational skills
- 9Hands-on low-ego operating style willing to work beyond defined scope
- 10Experience with financial modeling KPI development or strategic planning may be helpful

$125 - $200k per year
