- 15+ years chargeback card dispute experience on the Merchant Dispute side
- 22 years customer service experience handling sensitive transaction disputes
- 3Strong data analysis and investigative reporting skills
- 4Expertise with Salesforce and Zendesk CRM systems
- 5Proficiency in QuickBase dispute management platform
- 6Familiarity with Google Sheets and Smart Sheets for complex data modeling
