You own requirement discovery and process definition for a Pega-based payment dispute system, covering Fraud and Non-Fraud cases. You bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating complex dispute workflows into actionable specs. You define business rules that drive case prioritization and resolution. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead requirements gathering for Pega dispute management, mapping Fraud and Non-Fraud flows
- 2Translate business rules into Pega decision tables and validation criteria
- 3Define end-to-end dispute processes, from intake to resolution, with clear acceptance criteria
- 4Partner with architects to design Pega case lifecycles and data models
- 5Drive stakeholder sign-off on functional specs and user stories
- 6Facilitate grooming sessions, resolving ambiguity early
- 7Support UAT by designing test scenarios for Fraud and Non-Fraud disputes
Requirements7
- 15+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years dedicated to Pega
- 2Deep expertise in Payment Disputes (Fraud and Non-Fraud) across card or ACH
- 3Pega certification (e.g., CPBA or CPDC) preferred
- 4Proven track record defining business rules for Pega decisioning
- 5Strong stakeholder management, translating business needs into technical specs
- 6Experience with agile delivery and product backlogs
- 7Familiarity with Pega case management and data modeling
