What You'll Do9
- 1Review and validate pharmaceutical chargeback claims from wholesalers and distributors
- 2Analyze rebate submissions to ensure contract pricing compliance
- 3Investigate discrepancies in chargeback deductions and pricing variances
- 4Reconcile chargeback and rebate activity against general ledger accounts
- 5Prepare performance reports on chargeback and rebate metrics
- 6Partner with Finance Accounting Sales and Contracts teams to resolve issues
- 7Support month‑end close and internal reporting requirements
- 8Maintain documentation for audit readiness
- 9Identify process improvements to automate reporting and boost efficiency
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Economics or related field
- 22+ years experience in chargebacks rebates contracts administration revenue accounting accounts receivable
- 3Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- 4Experience with ERP systems chargeback management platforms or financial reporting tools
- 5Attention to detail commitment to accuracy and effective communication abilities
