What You'll Do10
- 1Provide direct patient care according to individualized care plans
- 2Assist residents with ADLs including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
- 3Take and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure and pulse
- 4Support mobility efforts including transfers repositioning and range of motion exercises
- 5Monitor residents for condition changes and report concerns to nursing staff
- 6Assist with medical procedures like airway management and gastric tube feeding under supervision
- 7Maintain clean safe and comfortable environments for residents
- 8Set up and maintain durable medical equipment
- 9Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- 10Collaborate with nursing teams and healthcare professionals for coordinated care
Requirements7
- 1Valid California CNA license in good standing
- 2Completion of nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
- 3Strong knowledge of basic healthcare procedures and medical terminology
- 4Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 5Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- 6Compassionate patient-centered caregiving approach
- 7Confidentiality of patient information maintained
