What You'll Do6
- 1Provide routine daily nursing care following established procedures under Nursing Supervisor direction
- 2Assist with patient transport and mobility support as directed by clinical supervisors
- 3Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and vital signs
- 4Participate in interdisciplinary care planning sessions with therapists and physicians
- 5Support infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments

Requirements6
- 15+ years experience providing direct patient care in healthcare settings
- 2CNA certification and current BLS credential
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Ability to pass state nursing assistant competency assessment
- 5Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
- 6Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
