What You'll Do11
- 1Perform vital signs weight and general condition assessments and document patient-specific issues
- 2Prepare dialyzer and delivery systems according to protocol
- 3Initiate and terminate hemodialysis treatments while administering medications as directed
- 4Monitor equipment functionality and report malfunctions to technical staff
- 5Consult registered nurses to implement individualized care plans
- 6Identify and report abnormal patient findings or behavioral changes
- 7Collect and secure laboratory results for provider review
- 8Maintain accurate medication and treatment records for compliance
- 9Guide patients to and from dialysis stations and escort them during procedures
- 10Educate patients on self-care options and available resources
- 11Conduct inventory checks and reorder supplies to sustain clinical operations
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or GED required
- 3Current and valid certification as a Dialysis Patient Care Technician
- 41 year of experience in a dialysis center preferred
- 5Demonstrated ability to relate to diverse cultures especially Gila River Community and other Native American populations
- 6Pay $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
