What You'll Do8
- 1Collect DSME/T program participant assessment data using certified databases
- 2Design educational goals and teaching methods aligned with participant assessments
- 3Create individualized follow-up plans for program participants
- 4Evaluate service effectiveness through learning objective attainment metrics
- 5Conduct post-program assessments using AADE7 Continuum of Outcomes Framework
- 6Document educational records and evaluate curriculum development contributions
- 7Collaborate on curriculum design and material creation
- 8Perform additional duties as directed
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related field
- 2CDCES certification obtained within nine months of hire
- 3Minimum one year experience in diabetes education or health coaching
- 4Certified insulin pump trainer status
- 5Valid criminal background clearance including child abuse verification
- 6Master’s degree preferred
- 7Strong knowledge of diabetes management systems
- 8Ability to handle sensitive patient health information securely
- 9Commitment to non-discrimination policies
