Overview
We seek a responsible detail-oriented Central Station Operator to join our security team. You will be first line of defense responding to alarm signals handling emergency calls and ensuring customer safety. Ideal candidate remains calm under pressure focuses on customer needs and quickly analyzes security alerts.
What You'll Do12
- 1Answer inbound emergency calls related to burglar alarms fire alarms panic alarms and other security concerns
- 2Monitor alarm signals and respond immediately with accuracy following protocols
- 3Dispatch appropriate authorities when necessary
- 4Make outbound calls to verify alarms and notify responsible parties
- 5Accurately document all alarm responses within the alarm monitoring software
- 6Assist technicians and installers in verifying alarm signals
- 7Address security fire and life safety concerns with customers and alarm dealers
- 8Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and directing calls
- 9Apply company policies and procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively
- 10Process update and maintain customer records with accuracy
- 11Perform data entry tasks and assist with documentation and filing
- 12Support various administrative tasks as needed

Salary Insight
