SCC Day Shift Analyst
Overview
SCC Analysts monitor US Bank and U.S. Bancorp systems worldwide from the Security Control Center. This role coordinates company resources and external agencies to protect assets. It involves managing multiple tasks and handling stressful situations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Monitor and respond to alarm signals from Pacom and Genetec systems
- 2Coordinate response with internal or external agencies for customer protection
- 3Process communications from personnel, law enforcement, and vendors
- 4Assist alarm users and technicians in system use and testing
- 5Dispatch vendors and interact to resolve service issues
- 6Utilize Enterprise Notification System to alert employees of incidents
- 7Operate Microsoft Office and Windows NT systems
- 8Adapt to changes while solving problems using critical thinking
- 9Perform miscellaneous tasks to protect people, property, or assets
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Less than one year of applicable experience
- 3Security or law enforcement experience
- 4Central alarm monitoring/dispatch experience
- 5Basic understanding of banking and property management operations
