What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and lead a teaching team through interviews, onboarding, and performance feedback to drive curriculum quality
  • 2Design and manage weekly schedules and classroom ratios to meet budget goals and regulatory requirements
  • 3Direct family tours and communications to highlight curriculum features and student progress
  • 4Oversee safety, health, and compliance including licensing, incident reporting, and emergency drills
  • 5Maintain and audit student and staff records to ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility
  • 6Coordinate with state licensors and execute center evaluations and program audits
  • 7Manage new customer administration and file compliance with licensing regulations
  • 8Provide leadership development, coaching, and feedback to teachers to promote growth
  • 9Ensure a clean, engaging physical environment that supports learning and safety
  • 10Lead center operations to ensure quality delivery and brand standards across all activities

Requirements7

  • 1Two or more years of center leadership/management experience
  • 2At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
  • 3Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children
  • 4Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
  • 5Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
  • 6CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • 7Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
