CDL Delivery Driver, Class B & Local Routes in NJ
Overview
Own local material deliveries with safety at the wheel of a CDL Class A or B truck in Tinton Falls NJ. You’ll handle 4-5 stops within a 100 mile radius, operate a flatbed with Moffett and Boom Truck, and maintain DOT compliance. You’ll join a team focused on reliability, customer service, and on time daily home time. This role stands out with on the job training for Boom and Moffett equipment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong customer relationships during local deliveries
- 2Drive a CDL Class A or B delivery truck with a focus on safe operation
- 3Load and unload building materials as required
- 4Execute 4-5 stops per day within 100 mile radius using Boom and flatbed equipment
- 5Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance
- 6Work a Monday–Friday schedule with limited Saturday half days and overtime as needed
- 7Keep accurate records and communicate delivery status to customers and supervisors
- 8Operate equipment including Moffett forklift after training
- 9Assist with material handling in the warehouse when not delivering
- 10Ensure home daily schedule and reliability in daily routes
Requirements10
- 1Valid CDL Class B License required
- 2Automatic transmission experience
- 3Moffett forklift experience preferred
- 4Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience required
- 5Clean driving record preferred
- 6Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform frequent loading/unloading
- 7Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 8Strong customer service and communication skills
- 9Reliable and independent work ethic
- 10Local delivery route experience preferred
