What You'll Do11
- 1Haul multi-stop freight on flatbed trailers
- 2Strap and secure PODS containers to flatbeds
- 3Manage 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stop-offs per load
- 4Drive within all 48 states
- 5Receive mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty
- 6Earn weekly performance pay
- 7Claim $3,000 sign-on bonus over 12 monthly payments
- 8Claim $1,500 sign-on bonus over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
- 9Complete paid orientation
- 10Accrue paid time off after 6 months and 6 holiday days annually
- 11Earn up to 2% annual bonus based on gross pay
