What You'll Do9
- 1Build and operate flatbed trucks to transport 48 or 53 ft PODS across all 48 states
- 2Drive safely while loading unloading containers and verifying proper placement
- 3Maintain vehicle condition and adhere to safety protocols
- 4Plan routes efficiently to maximize mileage and meet delivery deadlines
- 5Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth operations
- 6Scale workload effectively while maintaining top-tier customer service standards
- 7Drive with integrity and professionalism as a representative of C.R. England
- 8Own the responsibility of delivering containers to franchises or hubs
- 9Utilize advanced navigation tools to optimize travel routes
Requirements7
- 1Valid CDL-A license with minimum 3 months current experience
- 2Age 21 or older with ability to pass DOT drug screening
- 33-5 years of relevant driving experience
- 4Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- 5Bold certifications such as CPC Card or AWS Certified preferred
- 6Bold technology expertise including Python and Kubernetes
- 7Bold analytical abilities to track performance metrics
