Overview
We seek a safety-focused dependable Line Driver (CDL Class A) to transport trailers between service centers. This full-time year-round position offers growth into leadership roles and competitive compensation.
What You'll Do12
- 1Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations to transport trailers between service centers and turn-point locations
- 2Load and unload freight efficiently using approved freight handling equipment
- 3Secure cargo and maintain load integrity
- 4Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- 5Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route updates delays hazards and incidents
- 6Complete drop-and-hook operations and adjust trailer configurations as needed
- 7Maintain compliance with all DOT FMCSA and state transportation regulations
- 8Follow Company safety policies and vehicle accident reporting procedures
- 9Carry valid CDL and medical certification while operating company vehicles
- 10Operate safely and report to work well-rested and prepared
- 11Complete required paperwork and electronic logging documentation
- 12Support additional transportation duties as needed

- 1Valid Class A CDL
- 2Current DOT Medical Card
- 3Clean MVR dated within 30 days of application
- 4Minimum 21 years of age
- 5Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class 8 tractor driving experience
- 6Working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations
- 7Experience using Electronic Logging Devices ELD
- 8Forklift certified or ability to become certified
- 9Ability to read and follow directions in English
- 10Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat cold and occasional rain
- 11Ability to safely complete assigned routes and required documentation
- 12Pass pre-employment drug screening
- 13Background check
- 14FMCSA Clearinghouse registration and requirements
