- 7Conduct weekly sales calls to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities
- 8Collaborate with Sales and Catering teams during cross departmental meetings
- 9Design customized catering programs based on client needs
- 10Create and follow through on all event details with Banquet Supervisor and staff
- 11Welcome groups upon arrival ensuring satisfaction through comprehensive service
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing catering operations with focus on corporate accounts
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge beneficial
- 45+ years experience with Spark and Airflow for data analysis
- 5Strong communication skills verbal and written
- 6Ability to work independently or lead teams under varying business demands
- 7Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hospitality software
- 8Excellent decision making with limited policy guidance
- 9Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- 10Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets
- 11Commitment to guest satisfaction standards
