Category Manager, Facilities Procurement at Analog Devices

What You'll Do8
- 1Build and execute a category strategy for Facilities spend, aligning with internal stakeholder needs and corporate goals.
- 2Drive supplier negotiations for RFPs, RFQs, and long-term contracts, capturing maximum value and meeting savings targets.
- 3Manage supplier relationships, tracking KPIs and performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery and cost compliance.
- 4Partner with global engineering and facilities teams to forecast demand, set inventory targets, and resolve supply issues.
- 5Analyze market trends and supply risk, recommending alternative solutions to procurement challenges.
- 6Lead cross-functional collaboration to leverage spend and standardize processes across sites.
- 7Own contract management, including Service Agreements and SOWs, to ensure terms and compliance.
- 8Monitor cost models and financial acumen to identify savings opportunities and improve total cost of ownership.
Requirements10
- 13-5 years in procurement, with a focus on Facilities or related categories.
- 2BS/MS degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3Experience negotiating contracts and managing suppliers to achieve cost targets.
- 4Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, handle multiple tasks, and shift between strategic and detail-oriented work.
- 5Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- 6Familiarity with Service Agreements, SOWs, and legal terms.
- 7Experience with SAP or Oracle as an MRP system (preferred).
- 8Knowledge of cost modeling and financial acumen (preferred).
- 9Semiconductor industry experience (a plus).
- 10Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing environments.
