Overview
You own the payment counter at a full-service car wash and oil change, handling 50-100 daily transactions. You greet customers, process payments with POS and Square, and support the team during rush hours. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer at the counter within 30 seconds of arrival.
- 2Process cash, credit, and mobile payments using POS and Square.
- 3Upgrade customers to premium wash packages and oil change bundles.
- 4Balance the drawer at shift end and flag any discrepancies.
- 5Restock retail shelves with Armor All and Meguiar's products.
- 6Direct customers to the wash tunnel and track car count.
- 7Answer phone calls and confirm appointment times.
- 8Support the team by folding towels and cleaning the lobby.
Requirements6
- 11+ years cashier or point-of-sale experience.
- 2Skill with POS systems and Square card readers.
- 3Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
- 4Basic math skills for cash and credit transactions.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
