What You'll Do12
- 1Operate box-forming and casing equipment
- 2Operate ESL filling equipment
- 3Set up and operate coding and marking equipment
- 4Follow all GMP and food safety procedures
- 5Perform product sampling and maintain required documentation
- 6Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production and warehouse areas
- 7Provide break and lunch relief coverage for production employees
- 8Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following certification requirements
- 9Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely
- 10Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- 11Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- 12Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Able to be company certified user of material handling equipment such as forklift pallet jacks barrel trucks reel dollies and reel clamps
- 3Knowledge skills and abilities include ability to use and understand plant equipment operation of production equipment components and peripheral accessories ability to effectively work in a team environment ability to follow directions and carry out instructions ability to legibly write entries for record keeping ability to take appropriate steps to find solutions to problems ability to perform task and duties under general supervision ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals must be able to read write and speak English
