Case Planner, Foster Care & Child Welfare
Overview
You will manage a caseload of children in foster care, ensuring their safety and well-being while guiding them toward permanency. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, support foster parents with behavioral strategies, and represent cases in Family Court. Your work will span collaboration with schools, service providers, and biological families, all within the framework of ACS standards. Requirements5
- 1BA/BSW and 2 years Human Services experience required
- 2Work experience in Child Welfare or Office of Mental Health System preferred
- 3Computer literacy required
- 4NYS driver's license preferred
- 5Bilingual in Spanish preferred
