What You'll Do11
- 1Communicate membership types and benefits to members and prospects to aid decision making
- 2Own membership level creation and renewal processes
- 3Drive sales of credit card programs and explain application procedures
- 4Promote Sams Club products and services while maintaining safety
- 5Clean and organize car wash and gas station areas
- 6Maintain store zones and arrange merchandisesupplies
- 7Identify shrink and damages to ensure safe work environment
- 8Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers following procedures
- 9Operate cash registers and other tools for customer transactions
- 10Maintain gas station and car wash equipment and provide services per policy
- 11Collaborate with team to develop and mentor associates
Requirements11
- 118 years of age or older
- 2Preferred: Experience with retail sales and customer service
- 3Required: Ability to lift 20 pounds
- 4Preferred: Knowledge of Walmart policies
- 5Required: Valid driver’s license
- 6Preferred: Strong communication skills
- 7Required: Reliable transportation
- 8Preferred: Previous supervisory experience
