- 2Organize the receiving area by following Sam's Club procedures and using forklift equipment safely.
- 3Track claims by scanning returns and damaged goods with handheld RF scanners to update inventory systems.
- 4Maintain the clearance area by marking down items and ensuring proper display for member visibility.
- 5Conduct safety sweeps and follow OSHA guidelines for hazardous material handling and forklift spotting.
- 6Report safety hazards to management and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
- 7Use Walmart inventory software to prioritize tasks and communicate progress to team leads.
- 8Collaborate with merchandising and front-end teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely floor replenishment.
Requirements8
- 1Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- 218 years of age or older
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 4Basic math skills for counting and verifying merchandise
- 5Comfort using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- 6High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 7Prior experience in receiving, stocking, or warehouse operations
- 8Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
