What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute Membership strategies to boost product value and upgrade rates
- 2Process membership renewals and credit accounts efficiently
- 3Participate actively in sales and marketing events
- 4Maintain facility safety by adhering to protocols and reporting hazards
- 5Accurately fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders
- 6Collaborate with managers coworkers and partners to prioritize tasks
- 7Communicate progress and resolve member issues promptly
- 8Identify improvement opportunities adapt to feedback and embrace change
- 9Provide personalized service by understanding member needs
- 10Promote company products while complying with ethical standards
- 11Support operational goals through data-driven decision making
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 35+ years experience with Walmart systems
- 4Certified in CPC Card
- 5BCBA certification preferred
- 6AWS Certified experience required
- 75+ years expertise in inventory management
- 83-5 years familiarity with POS systems
- 92+ years proven leadership abilities
- 10Education in Business Administration or related field
- 11Excellent communication and problem solving skills
