What You'll Do10
- 1Build strong customer relationships by explaining membership programs and processing purchases with accuracy
- 2Maintain car wash and gas station area including cleaning, signage, stocking, and safety compliance
- 3Operate cash registers and payment terminals and handle different payment types
- 4Assist customers with product and service selections while promoting store offerings
- 5Support shrink control and ensure proper handling of claims and returns
- 6Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers
- 7Document and retain required logs and paperwork for facility operations
- 8Collaborate with team to deliver a positive member and customer experience
- 9Provide product and service information to guests and resolve issues
- 10Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers
Requirements5
- 1Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2Willingness to work onsite in a retail environment
- 3Ability to handle multiple tasks including cash handling and merchandise stocking
- 4Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- 5Ability to follow company policies and procedures and maintain safe work practices
