As a Cart Attendant at Walmart, you own the first and last impression for every customer in the store parking lot. - 1Gather carts from the parking lot using Cart Mule or Cart Corral equipment.
- 2Move carts from the parking lot to the store entry, maintaining clear walkways.
- 3Sanitize and clean shopping carts to meet hygiene standards.
- 4Assist customers with locating carts and loading purchases.
- 5Report maintenance issues with cart equipment to the shift lead.
- 6Keep the cart bay area organized and free of debris.
- 7Support the store team during peak hours by removing full cart corrals.
- 8Monitor parking lot for abandoned carts and return them promptly.
Requirements6
- 1No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- 2Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- 3Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for full shifts.
- 4Flexibility to work part-time hours, including mid-shift and closing shifts.
- 5Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
- 6Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 for equipment operation).
