What You'll Do7
- 1Perform residential framing and carpentry, ensuring structural accuracy on remodel projects.
- 2Assist with layout and modifications to existing structures, following drawings and lead carpenter guidance.
- 3Operate hand and power tools safely, selecting the right tool for each task.
- 4Keep the jobsite clean and organized, supporting a safe environment for all team members.
- 5Communicate jobsite needs and issues clearly to project leadership and peers.
- 6Support inspections, making adjustments as directed to meet code and design specs.
- 7Complete general carpentry tasks as projects progress, from rough-in to finish.
Requirements5
- 12+ years of residential carpentry experience, with remodeling or renovation exposure a plus.
- 2Basic understanding of framing and construction methods, including reading blueprints.
- 3Strong work ethic and dependable attendance, showing up ready to work.
- 4Pride in quality work, with attention to detail and fit and finish.
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Denver area.
