What You'll Do11
- 1Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing eating toileting hygiene and mobility
- 2Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly to the Wellness Director
- 3Manage medical supply inventory and place orders as needed
- 4Cover unexpected shift callouts and assist with assignment development
- 5Orient and onboard new wellness associates
- 6Respond to emergencies provide first aid and arrange medical follow‑up
- 7Maintain clean and orderly resident units
- 8Answer resident calls and address needs promptly
- 9Handle clothing laundry and meal service assignments
- 10Participate in required in‑service education
- 11Follow safety protocols and understand compliance policies
Requirements6
- 1Current State Nurse’s Aide registration preferred
- 2Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work on Hoyer lifts
- 3Strong communication skills and positive relationships with residents families and staff
- 4Good physical health and ability to stand for long periods
- 5Experience with senior care and willingness to work flexible schedules
- 6Background check and drug screening may be required
