Overview
We seek a compassionate caregiver to support residents at Rocky Mountain Assisted Living homes. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of our management team and contribute to resident well-being. What You'll Do11
- 1Assist residents with daily living tasks following individualized care plans
- 2Administer medications according to state regulations and facility protocols
- 3Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout living spaces
- 4Document activities and incidents in communication logs before shift change
- 5Participate in scheduled orientation and ongoing training programs
- 6Support meal preparation while adhering to nutritional guidelines
- 7Communicate resident concerns to management promptly
- 8Lead activities to promote resident engagement and social interaction
- 9Ensure safe lifting techniques for patients and equipment
- 10Follow established procedures for resident transfers and mobility assistance
- 11Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance resident care
Requirements7
- 1Current QMAP Certification and valid First Aid and CPR certifications
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 318 years or older with ability to lift 30 pounds independently
- 4At least one year of caregiving experience with elderly or disabled individuals
- 5Strong English language skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 618+ years old with ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- 7Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
