What You'll Do11
- 1Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity and respect (50%)
- 2Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care (10%)
- 3Assist with daily living activities including bathing and hygiene (20%)
- 4Provide meal assistance and cleanliness support (3%)
- 5Transport residents safely using proper lifting techniques (3%)
- 6Perform safety checks and encourage resident engagement in activities (1% + 3%)
- 7Manage oxygen equipment per medical orders (1%)
- 8Chart documentation and report resident changes immediately (4%)
- 9Ensure safety during drills and maintain professional conduct (1%)
- 10Display positive image and foster teamwork (non-essential but included)
- 11Follow supervisor directives and complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 1Age 18 or over with proper work authorization
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Nurses Aid certification preferred
- 4Current first aid certification
- 5Background clearances and negative TB test within 6 months
- 6Ability to read and speak English
- 7Experience with resident care and safety protocols
- 8Knowledge of state-specific regulations
- 9Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and push 150 pounds
- 10Prior caregiving experience preferred
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
