What You'll Do11
- 1Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity and respect (50%)
- 2Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing hygiene (20%)
- 3Provide meal assistance and support with dining tasks (3%)
- 4Transport residents safely using proper lifting techniques (3%)
- 5Perform safety checks and document incidents promptly (4%)
- 6Encourage participation in meaningful resident activities (3%)
- 7Clean and manage laundry and community activities (1%)
- 8Manage oxygen equipment per medical orders (1%)
- 9Chart resident information and report changes immediately (4%)
- 10Ensure resident safety during drills and emergencies (1%)
- 11Maintain positive professional image and teamwork (non-essential)
Requirements10
- 1Age 18 or older with valid work authorization
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Current first aid certification and background clearance
- 4Ability to read and speak English fluently
- 5Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
- 6Must be physically mobile to perform lifting pushing tasks
- 7Experience with resident care plans and protocols
- 8Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- 9Willingness to undergo health screening with recent TB test
