What You'll Do10
- 1Implement ADLs per service plans within professional scope
- 2Respond promptly to resident needs and community alarms
- 3Conduct visual safety checks and communicate resident status shifts
- 4Report changes in condition and incidents accurately
- 5Assist with personal care tasks and medication management
- 6Maintain clean environment and assist housekeeping
- 7Address behavioral needs and promote independence
- 8Follow infection control policies and document care
- 9Provide meal assistance and monitor dietary changes
- 10Record vital signs and follow emergency procedures
Requirements10
- 1Proven caregiving experience preferred
- 2Medical technician certification valued
- 3Valid CPR certification required
- 4Excellent communication and empathy
- 5Reliable work ethic and strong organizational skills
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Ability to lift and transfer residents
- 8Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care
- 10Physical stamina for full-day shifts
