What You'll Do6
- 1Assist residents with bathing dressing toileting and feeding as outlined in their care plan
- 2Maintain resident safety comfort dignity and confidentiality
- 3Escort residents to meals and activities
- 4Ensure residents are clean neatly dressed groomed safe and fed during shifts
- 5Document all services provided during shift
- 6Report any change of condition immediately to supervisor
Requirements5
- 1Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma
- 2Knowledge and experience working with elderly population preferred dementia experience
- 3Physical abilities including standing walking sitting using fine and gross motor skills reaching balancing stooping kneeling talking hearing smelling
- 4Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs
- 5Intermittent physical activity including lifting and supporting residents
