What You'll Do7
- 1Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene needs.
- 2Support mobility with walking assistance, transfers from bed or chair, and fall prevention.
- 3Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide medication reminders.
- 4Run errands and provide transportation to appointments or social outings.
- 5Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote emotional well-being.
- 6Monitor client well-being and report any concerns or health changes to supervisors.
- 7Document care activities accurately per care plan.
Requirements6
- 1Experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
- 2Reliable transportation to client homes in Mesquite.
- 3Ability to pass background screening.
- 4Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude.
