What You'll Do11
- 1Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
- 2Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
- 3Help clients perform physical therapy exercises
- 4Prepare meals with client input and dietary considerations
- 5Conduct light housekeeping tasks
- 6Offer companionship and report any unusual incidents
- 7Respond quickly and responsibly during emergencies
- 8Maintain health and safety standards
- 9Communicate effectively with clients family members and healthcare providers
- 10Document care activities accurately
- 11Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions
Requirements11
- 1Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- 2Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- 3Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- 4Age 18 or older with high school diploma or equivalent
- 5Authorized to work in the United States
- 6Proven experience in caregiving roles
- 7Knowledge of CPR and first aid certification
- 8Strong time management and organizational skills
- 9Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- 10Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
