Overview
We seek an on call Caregiver in Memory Care to provide exceptional person centered care in an elegant active adult living environment. The role involves supporting residents with ADLs mobility assistance meal service safety monitoring housekeeping companionship and adherence to Title 22 regulations. What You'll Do11
- 1Provide assistance with activities of daily living while honoring resident preferences and dignity
- 2Support residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment
- 3Assist with meal service ensuring a gracious dining experience
- 4Respond promptly to call systems and resident requests to ensure safety and comfort
- 5Observe document and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff
- 6Perform light housekeeping tasks related to resident care
- 7Encourage resident participation in activities to promote independence and engagement
- 8Offer warm companionship through conversation and recreational programming
- 9Promote community involvement and inclusive atmosphere
- 10Adhere to community policies infection control and resident rights
- 11Follow all regulatory requirements and documentation standards
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Prior caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
- 3Ability to safely use mobility aids and adaptive equipment
- 4Current First Aid and CPR certification
- 5Basic computer skills including email and documentation
- 6Strong interpersonal communication and service oriented approach
- 7Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 8Commitment to Title 22 compliance and resident safety
Salary Insight
$40 - $46k per year
