What You'll Do9
- 1Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support for clients in their homes.
- 2Build meaningful companionship through engaging activities, emotional support, and supervision to enhance quality of life.
- 3Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- 4Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- 5Administer medication reminders to help clients stay on track with prescribed regimens.
- 6Accompany clients to doctor's visits, grocery shopping, and other essential errands using reliable transportation.
- 7Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the care team.

- 9Support fellow caregivers by sharing best practices and covering shifts when needed.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of professional or family caregiving experience.
- 2CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required).
- 3High school diploma or GED.
- 4Ability to lift and move 50 lbs independently.
- 5Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- 6Pass a background check and drug screen.
- 7U.S. work authorization or permanent residency.
- 8Demonstrated dependability, compassion, and teamwork in care settings.
