Overview
As a canvasser you will engage voters door-to-door, inform and activate communities, and help achieve field goals at scale. You will work with a Field Team Lead and peers to build authentic connections and expand participation. This role emphasizes accessibility, cultural competence, and team collaboration in diverse neighborhoods across Arizona.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build relationships with community members through door-to-door outreach
- 2Engage voters at high-traffic locations to provide education and registration assistance
- 3Track daily interactions and submit progress reports to the Field Team Lead
- 4Identify and recruit potential volunteers or future canvass team members
- 5Communicate real-time observations to the Field Team Lead while adapting to campaign priorities
