- 2Coordinate with the ballot chase manager to meet attainable daily goals and maintain data tracked in daily reports
- 3Engage voters through local outreach, events, and digital channels to sustain momentum and turnout
- 4Foster inter-community relationships by identifying leaders and establishing a reliable communication loop
- 5Maintain punctual, responsive communication and ethical conduct while managing logistics of field operations
Requirements5
- 1Experience in grassroots organizing and field campaigns
- 2Strong oral and written communication skills
- 3Familiarity with Google Drive and social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- 4Willingness to work part time in Phoenix area and pass a background check
