Overview
Cafe Team Member at KORE CAFE will own guest experiences at a high-volume Nashville area cafe, serving up drinks and bites with care. You’ll work with a small, friendly team focused on quality, community, and warm hospitality. This role blends coffee preparation, casual food service, and POS transactions in a fast paced setting. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and welcoming manner
- 2Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and other cafe drinks to order
- 3Handle food preparation including sandwiches and pastries
- 4Operate a POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately
- 5Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards
- 6Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to management
- 7Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak hours
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience in a cafe or food service role preferred but not required
- 2Strong customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude
- 3Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
- 4Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- 5Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS transactions
- 6Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- 7Must meet local food handler certification requirements or be willing to obtain one
