Flik Hospitality Group seeks BARISTA professionals to join our team in Nashville. We hire immediately for immediate openings. This role offers flexible scheduling options.
What You'll Do12
- 1Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- 2Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- 3Replenish condiments beverages and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- 4Ensure proper presentation portion control and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- 5Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment supplies and utensils
- 6Ensure correct food preparation using approved recipes and production standards
- 7Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- 8Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area for other assignments
- 9Greet customers courteously interact to ensure satisfaction and relay concerns to supervisors
- 10Serve customers quickly prevent delays and demonstrate menu knowledge
- 11Advocate selling techniques to customers establish good communication assist buying decisions
- 12Merchandise display foods attractively per standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Prior barista training and experience with manual espresso machines preferred
