What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare and serve coffee tea smoothies and other beverage items to customers
- 2Serve food items including hot soup baked goods and pizza
- 3Make all recipes items including pasta sandwiches and pizza
- 4Greet customers and provide prompt courteous assistance
- 5Complete purchases using cash register
- 6Answer multi-line phones and transfer or route calls as needed
- 7Maintain display and stock of coffee bar supplies
- 8Keep coffee bar clean and safe following sanitation policies
- 9Notify management of safety or equipment issues
- 10Assist in training new associates
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 2Reliable transportation
- 3Previous cash handling or customer service experience
- 4Previous coffee bar or cafe experience preferred
- 5Ability to stand and/or walk for eight hours daily
- 6Safe equipment operation skills
- 7Strong multitasking abilities positive attitude and problem solving skills
