What You'll Do9
- 1Perform fiber audits and validate infrastructure compliance
- 2Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems within first 90 days
- 3Verify network inventory accuracy and documentation completeness
- 4Identify and isolate physical network faults through systematic testing
- 5Create detailed audit reports and maintain accurate circuit documentation
- 6Partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- 7Conduct OTDR testing and Fluke meter analysis for signal integrity verification
- 8Validate Layer 1 networking fundamentals across diverse environments
- 9Maintain proactive communication regarding network health metrics
Requirements5
- 15+ years building fiber networks with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in telecom infrastructure management
- 3Strong troubleshooting mindset with deep Layer 1 expertise
- 4Proven ability to interpret technical design documents like EDP
- 5Excellent documentation skills for complex network systems
