Overview
Surface Hero LLC seeks a skilled Cabinet Service Technician to provide repair and minor installation services for new home builders in Central Florida. This full time Monday Friday position focuses on delivering high quality cabinetry solutions that meet builder expectations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform service repairs adjustments or replacements for newly installed cabinets and finish trim to satisfy builder customer requirements
- 2Develop extensive working knowledge of SurfaceHero products
- 3Determine through inspection the extent of a service issue as requested by builder service representatives
- 4Repair replace or adjust cabinets and cabinetry components
- 5Touch up and repair paint and stain surfaces on cabinetry
- 6Assist in warehouse or with deliveries as needed
- 7Maintain keen attention to detail
- 8Communicate effectively in English with bilingual Spanish preferred
- 9Work proficiently with computer systems and email learning company specific software
- 10Apply excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- 11Excel in a deadline driven fast paced work environment
Requirements9
- 1Must know how to read a tape measure efficiently
- 2Advanced skills adjusting doors drawer glides tracks drawer faces fillers and more
- 3Ability to hang wall cabinets install base cabinets change face frames and install fillers
- 4Repair replace install Crown Molding Shoe Molding Baseboard Scribe and Toe kick
- 5Safely operate power tools such as Miter Saw Table Saw Jig Saw Nail Guns Powered Drills
- 6Valid Florida driver license and clean DMV record
- 7Reliable transportation to warehouse
- 8Proven three years or more field cabinetry trim installation or service technician experience
- 9Experience with new construction builders is a plus
