What You'll Do11
- 1Responsible for buying sourcing and expediting materials from approved vendor lists both locally and overseas
- 2Ensure on-time delivery of materials while meeting quality requirements
- 3Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers
- 4Execute cost reduction initiatives and maintain monitor supplier scorecards for cost delivery and quality
- 5Support supply chain partnerships to achieve KPIs such as inventory management MRB RVN cost reduction and materials availability
- 6Optimize material costs by reducing expenses and limiting unfavorable PPV
- 7Understand supplier capabilities market trends and technologies for assigned commodities
- 8Work with Materials Quote Analysts to quote new and existing materials and frequently re-quote to capture savings
- 9Make tactical buying decisions and handle invoice resolution for payment approvals
- 10Order reschedule and cancel material orders based on requisitions and MRP output
- 11Maintain procurement records documentation and metrics and follow up with logistics to receive materials in warehouse
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in purchasing or materials management
- 3Bachelor’s degree in engineering management business materials or industrial engineering
- 4APICS preferred certification
- 5At least 3 years working experience in purchasing or materials areas
- 6Knowledge of MRP systems
- 7Fast-paced environment with preference for manufacturing background
- 8Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- 9Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals

- 11Moderate noise exposure from office equipment
